Board Members Present – Murali Sitaraman, Scott Templeton, Lee Crandall, Susan Zhang and Stephanie O’Brien

President Murali Sitaraman called the Board Meeting to order at 7:35pm. The meeting was held at the CW Clubhouse.
– Minutes from the March Board meeting were reviewed and approved.
– Susan Zhang presented the 2011 Account Balances and Year-to-Date Income and Expenditures as of April 20, 2012. 153 of 158 homeowners have paid yearly dues as of April 20th.
Lee will contact the 5 remaining homeowners regarding their outstanding HOA fee.

New Business-
– Budget for 2012-2013
-Approved by the Board.
-Discussed adding additional money in the budget to cover the application of pesticides, $1500.00 to be taken from other Capital expenses.

– Landscape Maintenance
-Murali explained that the sod/much budget will most likely increase, due to mulch/sod requirements near the entrance sign, installation and work needing to be done to prepare the area for mulch/sod. The old soccer goal will be removed from the soccer field and junipers will also be removed.

– Berkley Drive Cleanup
-The bottom of the ditch near Berkley drive will be seeded for grass.
-Stumps from recently removed trees will be removed
-Area will be sprayed with pesticides 3-4 times to prevent additional Kudzu
growth.

– Landscape Committee
-Committee decided to have three additional trees removed

– Pool/Clubhouse
– The CW pool opening date was changed to May 11, 2012.
-Abandoned hockey equipment still needs to be removed from CW pool common area- Murali will contact the homeowners believed to own the equipment.
– Country Walk 2012 Annual Meeting-
Board members will distribute the Ballots to every Homeowner in CW

President Murali Sitaraman adjourned the meeting at 9:45pm.
