CW HOA Minutes

Annual Board Meeting 5/7/15

6:30-7:30 pm

C Post opened the meeting at 6:30 pm and old minutes were approved by the board.

J Edwards presented a report as a treasurer. Revenues and expenses were explained. Copy of the budget was offered to the participants at the meeting.

Several questions were raised about property maintenance. Request was made to post Scott’s schedule regarding his work around property.

J Edwards talked about property value and appreciation of them.  J Edwards also mentioned the making of a new CW directory in the fall.

C Post discussed old business; amenities, CW web site, CW new insurance coverages and savings by nationwide;

C Post talked about new business; pool opening on the Memorial Day; new pedestrian bridge that city will construct on the back end of our property, which the city will share the plans with the subdivision before moving forward with construction.
Open forum questions:

(a)    Mail box issues regarding their wear and tear…use of a brick or wood?

(b)    At Dog Wood Terrace problems with storm water;

(c)     Issues with trees on common property

Per country walk bylaws an election for the one open seat the Board, was held 2 homeowners were interested in the seat so a vote ballot was given to all members for voting. New member Chris LeCroy was elected to the board.  Due to the lateness of the meeting and a  prior rental of the clubhouse for a party that was to be setup that evening, the board agreed to appoint offices at the next meeting .

 

C Post adjourned the meeting at 7:30 pm., all in favor.
